James N. Thomaidis brings more than 15 years of comprehensive legal and business experience with him to Godfrey & Lapuyade, P.C., with a focus on complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, estate and probate litigation and environmental and natural resources law. Mr. Thomaidis has a lengthy track record of providing guidance to individuals and businesses in a wide variety of litigation and transactional settings, including providing in-house counsel and strategic consulting to several global Fortune 500 Companies. Clients seeking legal counsel often require the application of comprehensive experience to what are complex, volatile and fluid situations. James Thomaidis applies his business and legal acumen, acquired as a management consultant, senior executive, real estate developer and attorney, to favorably resolve clients’ conflicts ethically and economically. He has assisted individuals, families and businesses of all sizes to mediate and arbitrate solutions, as well as successfully navigate state and federal courts. Mr. Thomaidis has represented companies in hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, banking and finance, real estate development, distribution, natural resources and the technology industries. Mr. Thomaidis also advises clients in a broad variety of transactional areas, including entity formation, sales and purchase contracts, employment matter and mergers, acquisitions and transfers. He also assists clients with estate and succession planning, as well as aggressively protecting clients’ interests in estate and probate litigation matters. Mr. Thomaidis is active as an officer in the United States Navy Reserve and regularly donates of his time to local volunteer organizations, including Metro Volunteer Lawyers. |
