Collie Norman has practiced as a trial attorney and dispute resolution professional in Colorado for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in the areas of professional liability (medical and legal malpractice), personal injury, insurance coverage, healthcare, commercial and business litigation, aerospace law, real estate and construction.

Mr. Norman was managing attorney of both medium and small-sized law firms for over 15 years and owned and managed a private dispute resolution company for over 10 years. He is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating System (the highest attorney rating available).

Mr. Norman has extensive trial experience in State and Federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He also has served as lead appellate counsel before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in cases ranging from professional liability to construction defects to constitutional interpretation.

As a former Air Force officer and a licensed commercial pilot, Mr. Norman has broad experience in aviation and aerospace law, administrative proceedings and governmental liability.

Mr. Norman has lectured and conducted seminars on legal and dispute resolution matters to community, business and professional groups, as well as to lawyers and judges in their continuing education programs. He has also served as an instructor in dispute resolution at the University of Denver Sturm School of Law and in healthcare dispute resolution at the University of Denver University College.
